This site has been created as an extension of Frankie G's Pizza Oven Project, and offers wood-fired oven tools, equipment and pizza supplies, along with bread-baking tools and Italian specialties.

Our pizza oven website was created to share our joy with other oven builders and bakers... and it has been and continues to be a complete joy. Throughout the year, I get several emails from site visitors asking me oven questions, where to get oven tools and advice on pizza and such. So with that in mind, FG pizza & Italian came to life.

With over 25 years in the pizza business, I have experience with all styles of pizza and many pizziaola. I have personally experienced, learned from and exchanged a lot of pizza making skills with some of the best in the business. Within these pages, you will find professional pizza tools that are what I believe to be the best of best; professional equipment, for the food-service and home connoisseur.

On a personal note, we have opened this store with the hopes of raising money for our daughter's education. So please note that with any purchase, you are helping a young lady get an education. (and for this we thank you.)

We do not intend to sell everything, especially if you can find it at your local store. But we do intend to offer you the professional and hard-to-find items that you may require... or just want in your collection. Please note we only sell items we use and/or trust.

Any and all customer information given to FG pizza & Italian is and will remain confidential; and will be used exclusively to process customer orders and/or to communicate with our customers.

We send out two email news letters a year and give you the option to remove at anytime.

Trust and security

FG pizza & Italian takes every precaution to provide you a secure transaction. As you enter our checkout section, please note that the address changes from a "http" to a "https" connection. The additional "s" represents a secured site. You will also find the equifax symbol at the bottom of the page with the current date, representing a current and secure system.

PLEASE NOTE: For orders to arrive by December 23rd - order and shipping transactions need to be completed by:

December 15th (east coast)
December 19th (mid west - west cost)

FG pizza & Italian puts a "Customer-First" service on all orders and does not make money on the shipping of product. We stock our items so we can combine and configure the most affordable shipping costs for you. We will send you a notification with the final shipping costs before we charge your card. Once you have approved the shipping amount, we will send you a confirmation along with the FedEx or UPS tracking number if applicable.

This "Customer-First" system has worked out very well for our customers and for us. Once new customers experience our honesty and integrity with shipping costs, they feel comfortable having us care for their future needs and choose the "...trust FGpizza" option in our check out. Our personal service will impress you. We promise.

Please note, long-handled peels demand higher shipping costs over short handle peels. Our promise to you is that we do our best to fit products in boxes that will command the most affordable cost, while providing product protection on its way to you.

We process and quote shipping cost usually within 24 hours, Monday through Friday upon approved credit. If a product is out-of-stock, we will notify you by email when you can expect delivery. Overnight shipping is available upon request but can get pricy with long-handled tools. Please add request in "ordering instruction" section of checkout.

International Customers

Currently, FG pizza & Italian will ship to some areas outside of the continental United States. Small tools ship best, long tools can become cost prohibitive with UPS freight. All orders outside of US and Canada will receive a convenience fee, relative to the size of their order, that covers cost of business with UPS and payment companies.

Canada receives long and short tools well from both UPS (guarantees package and provides tracking info) and USPS (no guarantees, no tracking info). All customers are responsible for duties and/or taxes upon order arrival.

We will ship some small tools to Australia, but larger tools are very expensive. An Australia resident can expect to pay at least the cost of the tool, in shipping (double the price).

Return Policy

All FG pizza & Italian items are sold as new. We do not sell "used" or "pre-owned" items. Any items to be returned require written notification by email notification within 7 days of customer receipt of shipment.

Defective items will be replaced at FG pizza & Italian expense. We stand behind the quality we sell.

All other returns are accepted with customer-prepaid shipping, and a 20% restocking fee, plus outbound freight. Used, washed, scratched,and/or damaged merchandise cannot be accepted; removal of protective adhesive plastic used on some items will be considered used.
